amesiame.
amesiame. [ewe: “all of us, together”]
was initiated in october 2025 as a heart-centered movement practice and collective space. it invites to gather in presence and explore what it means to be in the body, together, to listen, to sense, and to move.
each session opens a space to explore different qualities and aspects of life, such as community, chaos, trust, love, connection, and flow.
through embodied exploration, we soften boundaries, deepen awareness, and allow relationships to unfold: within ourselves and with others.
amesiame draws from practices of embodiment and somatic work, contemporary and contact-based dance, and african traditional dances.
but amesiame does not follow fixed forms. instead, the session invite to listen to the body, move intuitively, and discover individual and shared movement languages together.
every friday 6 - 7:30 pm, cologne
